Agentic AI Systems
An agent is not a chatbot. It is software with authority — and it has to be engineered like it.What this includes

- Human-in-the-loop gates on any decision that moves money, data or legal exposure

06 — The name — The concept
Archytas of Tarentum.
Around 400 BC, Archytas founded mathematical mechanics — the principle that physical machines obey mathematical law. Ancient sources credit him with a self-propelled wooden dove, arguably the first flying machine in history. He also solved the doubling of the cube, using a three-dimensional geometric construction.
Tarentum was the only colony Sparta ever founded. Archytas was a Spartan-descended Greek who turned pure theory into machines that ran.
We operate from Sparta, doing the same thing with AI.
